Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you (excluding the courier), receive the goods. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing or by email at contact@luxurygamesrooms.com before the 14-day period has expired.

Cancellations requested after the 14-day window may still be accepted at our discretion, though additional charges may apply.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. If you selected a premium delivery option, the refund will only cover our standard delivery service.

We may apply a deduction if the goods have been handled in a way that affects their condition, functionality, or value. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items or valid proof of return.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any additional fees for reimbursement.

Returning Goods

All goods must be returned promptly, and in any case within 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation. Customers are responsible for covering the direct costs of returning goods unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. You will be responsible for the direct cost of retuning the goods and any diminished value to the handling that is not necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning.

When requesting a return, please email contact@luxurygamesrooms.com and include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order reference number

  • Address and contact details

  • Date of purchase

  • Items being returned (with quantities if multiple items)

Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned in their original condition. Failure to do so may affect your refund eligibility.

Sending a Return Back to Us

Certain products are delicate or heavy and may require specialist handling. Please ensure your courier is aware of the product’s nature and that the shipment is fully insured to its replacement value.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a resolution.

Made to order pool tables

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom-made pool tables, we are unable to offer our 14 day money back guarantee on these. Each of these tables are tailored to your specification. If you need to cancel your bespoke table order before it has been delivered, we will deduct any cost incurred at the point of cancellation, and deduct this from your refund payment.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are also eligible for refunds under the same cancellation policy.
