Professional Installations
All installations are handled by our experienced and carefully selected delivery partners. We pride ourselves on delivering a smooth service, even in challenging situations such as fitting products through narrow access points. Once your order is confirmed, you will be contacted within 48 hours by a dedicated member of our customer service team, who will coordinate every stage of your order and installation.
Delivery Changes & Cancellations
If a scheduled delivery is cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch, or if no one is available at the address when delivery is attempted, additional charges may apply for rescheduling. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure someone is available throughout your agreed delivery window.
